redefining spirituality and opening to non-limitation

"Spiral"

There’s a reason the mountaintop
is at the end of a winding path,
and not a straight line.
The climb would be too hard
and too frightening
with no place to rest
and no time to look out over the world.
A straight line is terrifyingly efficient –
and terribly uninteresting.
Yes, you’ll get there faster,
but why?
What story will you have to tell anyone you should meet at the end?
And if we’re not our stories,
then what are we?

I want to hear your story.
But take your time.
